We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. If you have any questions about what I've just posted, please don't hesitate to ask. Or, you know, cram it. They both work for me.
It's messy but I can see how you get the basic pose and stuff down. Still I'm not sure I could do that without making and incomprehensible mess.
Also most folks I see draw do the whole basic body before doing any detail like int the face and whatnot. Very interesting.
